Not one of the best in Busia but THE best!
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 10/10 honestly I had such a good stay here. Being the first guest since the place opened made it even more special. The place is quiet, modern, clean and has a really homely feel to it.. almost like bringing a little bit of Nairobi to Busia. It’s also very family and kids friendly. The internet was great too. I had meetings and work to handle during my stay and never had any issues with the connection.
One thing I really appreciated was the power backup. When there’s a blackout the changeover is so quick... you barely even notice it. I also found little things like oil, salt and other basics already in the house which was such a nice touch and made me feel genuinely looked after.
Mr. Mark Wangai, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and even picked me up late at night and dropped me at the Airbnb. That meant a lot, esp arriving so late. Edu and the lady who handle the cleaning were also amazing. The place was always spotless.
I enjoyed being able to watch American football and movies and just have a quiet place to unwind. It really felt more like a home than just somewhere I was staying. I’ll definitely make this my home whenever I’m back in Busia.

How do I check availability and reserve an apartment?
Send us your preferred apartment, dates and number of guests on WhatsApp. We'll confirm availability and the total rate. A deposit of at least one night's accommodation secures your reservation. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
Can I book just one bedroom instead of two?
Yes. Luna, Sol, Nova and Astra can each be used as a one-bedroom apartment. You'll have private use of the apartment and its living facilities, with one bedroom open and the second bedroom closed. No other guests will share the apartment with you. Choose one-bedroom use when enquiring about your dates.
Are Wi-Fi and parking available?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi and free private on-site parking are available at Wangs BnB. Please check the details of your selected apartment and confirm any specific requirements when enquiring.
